How to send SMS using ClubV1

This guide provides a straightforward process for sending SMS messages using the ClubV1 system, making it a practical resource for efficient communication. It details how to customize the sender identifier and manage recipients, ensuring users can tailor their messages effectively. Additionally, it outlines the credit system needed for sending SMS, helping users understand the financial aspects involved.

You can change the Sender Identifier. The identifier is what the SMS will come from. This can be updated and can be anything as long as it's between 3 and 11 characters.

Sending SMS

Click "Send SMS"
Enter the text you wish to include in your SMS, this can be up to 765 characters.
Click "Continue"
Choose your recipients by applying either a "Saved Filter" or creating a custom one.
On the next page you will see a preview of your SMS along with how many recipients there are.

If any recipients selected don't have a mobile number then a warning message will appear showing how many will not receive the SMS.

Topping up credits

Sending SMS requires "Credits". You can top up more credits by selecting "Add Credits".
The SMS Top Up page will display. You can select a credit bundle by using the drop down menu at the top. The price will be displayed per credit within the drop down.

Below this a line of orange text will display how much the club will be invoiced for this Top Up.
Click "Top Up"

Top-Up History

Click "Top-up History"
A page displaying all of your Top Up history will display. This will show the date, how many credits were added and the user who actioned the top up.
