Tee Sheet Reservations

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to use the Tee Sheet reservations feature. It allows users to block booking slots or entire tee times without deleting them individually. The guide explains how to navigate to the feature, create a new reservation with a custom name and message, adjust the reservation status, choose the number of slots to reserve, select the days of the week and date range for the reservation, and edit it if needed.

The Tee Sheet reservations feature is useful for when you want to block from booking slots or whole tee times in batch without having to delete the Tee Times.

Click "Club"
Click "Settings"
Click "Club Details"
Click "Hub & Casual Booking"
Click "Booking"
Click "Tee Sheet Reservations"
Click "Add New Custom Reservation"
Enter a name for your reservation. This will display on the Tee Sheet.
Enter a "Public Message"
Additionally, you have the option to adjust the Reservation Status. If you set it to 'disabled', the rule will be inactive until you change the status back to 'enabled'.
You have the option to choose the number of slots you would like to reserve. To book the entire tee time, please reserve all 4 slots. To limit bookings to 3-ball groups, then reserve only 1 slot and so on.
You can now select which days of the week this reservation should apply to.
You can then enter the date range for the reservation to be applied as well as the times which the reservation should apply
Whilst your reservation is active, this is how it will display on the Tee Sheet. You can select the reservation here if needed to edit.
