This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to manage services on
Clubv1. It covers everything from adding a new service to setting rates and rules for the service. If you need to manage services on the Clubv1 platform, this guide will walk you through the process.

  1. Navigate to <https://www.clubv1.com/Home/MyHome>
  2. Click "Club"
  3. Click "Settings"Step 3
  4. Click "Club Details"Step 4
  5. Click "Hub & Casual Booking"Step 5
  6. Click "Booking"Step 6
  7. Click "Manage Services"Step 7

Adding a Service

  1. You will first have the option to choose whether any services you create are able to be booked by members & visitors onlineStep 8
  2. Click "Add New Service"Step 9
  3. Enter a Service NameStep 10
  4. Enter the quantity of the service you have availableStep 11

Adding a Service Rate

  1. Click "Service Rates"Step 12
  2. Click "Add New Rate"Step 13
  3. Enter a name for your rateStep 14
  4. We recommend naming your Service Rate something that clearly indicates what it relates to, such as "Visitor Buggy Weekend."
  5. Select the service that the rate applies toStep 16
  6. Enter the rate for the serviceStep 17
  7. Select whether the rate is going to apply for Members or Visitors
  8. Click "Save Changes"Step 19

Adding a Service Rule

  1. Click "Service Rules"Step 20
  2. Click "Add New Rule"Step 21
  3. If you have multiple courses, select the course this rule will apply to
  4. Select the rate that this rule will apply to
  5. Select the days of the week that you want this rule to applyStep 24
  6. Enter the Start and End dates for this rule
  7. You can also enter specific times for this rule to apply, this optional however and can be left blank (meaning this rule will apply at all times throughout the selected days and date range)
  8. Select "Save" to save the rule
