This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to calculate the current service quantity for specific service on your Tee Sheet. By following these instructions, users can easily track and update the availability of services, ensuring accurate inventory management and a seamless booking experience for members.

  1. The 'Calculate Services' feature in ClubV1 is an excellent resource for pros and those overseeing the Tee Sheet daily, as it allows them to swiftly verify the availability of a specific service for booking with just a click.
  2. Navigate to [https://www.clubv1.com/Home/MyHome](https://www.clubv1.com/Home/MyHome)
  3. Click here.Step 3
  4. Click "Settings"Step 4
  5. Click "Club Details"Step 5
  6. Click "Hub & Casual Booking"Step 6
  7. Click "Booking"Step 7
  8. Click "Manage Services"Step 8
  9. The 'Quantity' field in Manage Services will be what's used to calculate your current service quantity from.Step 9
  10. Next to the service that you wish to have a running total of, you will need to enable the 'Service Counter' slider.Step 10
  11. Please note that the Service Counter can only be enabled for one service at a time
  12. Click "Save Changes"Step 12
  13. Click "Golf"Step 13
  14. Click "Tee Sheet"Step 14
  15. Select which day of the Tee Sheet you wish to calculate the services for. At the top you will then see 'Calculate Services'.Step 15
  16. When selecting 'Calculate Services' we will now show a count of the service available on the left hand side of the Tee Sheet.Step 16
  17. When a booking is added which contains the service selected, the service count will update. The amount of the service added to the booking will be taken from the service stock count.

We use the "Front 9 Playing Time" and the "Back 9 Playing Time" (located in Tee Sheet Settings) to calculate how long the service should be out of stock. For example if your Front 9 playing time and your Back 9 playing time are both set to 2 hours, then for 4 hours before the selected time and 4 hours after, the service for this booking will be out of stock.
