Generating Casual Booking Tee Times

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for generating tee times for casual bookings. It covers options such as choosing the course, start and end dates, intervals, start time, end time, and even using sunrise/sunset as a reference. By following this guide, users can easily generate a batch of tee times for their desired specifications.

1. Generating Casual Booking Tee Times will be one of the first steps you complete when setting up your Tee Sheet, and may be something you revisit regularly.

2. Navigate to [https://www.clubv1.com/Club/CasualBookingSettings](https://www.clubv1.com/Club/CasualBookingSettings)
3. Select the drop down to choose the course you wish to generate Tee Times for
4. Select the Start Date for the Tee Times you're going to generate
5. Select the End Date for the Tee Times you're going to generate
6. You can select the interval for your Tee Times
7. If your Tee Sheet has two startpoints, you can also select an interval for startpoint 2
8. Select the Tee Sheet Start Time
9. Select the Tee Sheet End Time
10. You can select whether you only want to generate the Tee Sheet for set days of the week by unticking the specific day

Generating Tee Times using Sunrise/Set

11. You can enable to use Sunrise/Sunset. This will hide the options below for choosing the Tee Sheet Start Time and Tee Sheet End Time and will present you with a different set of options.
12. When the Sunrise/Sunset option is enabled you will be asked how many minutes before/after sunrise you want your Tee Sheet to start. You can also set an "Earliest" time for your Tee Sheet so that it won't start before the specified time
13. You will then also go through the same set of options but for the End Time of your tee sheet, choosing how many minutes before/after sunset you want your Tee Sheet to end. You can also choose a "Latest" time here so the Tee Sheet won't generate after the chosen time
14. Once you have entered all the required settings, select "Generate Batch of Tee Times" to generate your Tee Sheet
