This guide provides a straightforward process for managing letters and bills within your club account, ensuring you can customize your settings efficiently. By following these steps, you'll gain the ability to personalise your billing experience and improve communication with members. It's an essential resource for anyone looking to optimise their club's financial documentation and enhance member engagement.

The letters and bills section allows you to create your default settings for each of your bills meaning you won't have to customise your bill layout and information each time you perform a bill run as your preferences will be filled in by default.
Click "Club"
Click "Settings"
Click "Club Details"
Click "Letters & Bills"
The first option is to choose which Bill Layout is selected by default.
Next select which Media Type is selected by default.
Choose whether to print Schemes.
Choose whether to print Remittance Slips.
Choose whether to include Prepaid values.
Select whether you're using a letterhead or not.
Choose whether to choose the previous account balance on the bill.
Select whether to display the member's record number on the bill.
Choose what you wish the record number to be labelled as, some clubs for example name this Membership Number.
Enter the text that you wish to display above the bill schemes on the bill.
Enter the text that you wish to display above the bill items on the bill.
Click "Save Settings"
