This guide explains how to create a custom filter in ClubV1. By following these steps, users can easily filter and organize their member data, saving time and improving efficiency. The guide also provides instructions on how to save and manage these custom filters for future use.
- Navigate to [https://www.clubv1.com/People/Directory](https://36.clubv1.com/People/Directory)
- Click "Filter"
- Click "Add Field"
- Select a field to filter by
- Click "Add"
- In this example we will filter for male members by unticking the "Ladies" option
- Select "Apply"
- If you want to save this filter so it can be used at a later date, select the "Save" button
- Click the "Name" field.
- You can select where to save this filter. If you want to override an existing filter simply select the old one in the list below and then enter the new name for the filter
- Click "Save"
- You can see your saved filters by selecting the drop down
- The saved filters are available across ClubV1, such as when dispatching emails or generating bills, providing an option to apply a filter or utilize a previously saved one.
