  1. Fields and Markers serve as a practical method for storing bespoke data within your membership database. For instance, you could create a 'Locker Number' field to keep track of each member's locker number, if relevant.

Creating a field/marker

  1. Navigate to [https://www.clubv1.com/Home/MyHome](https://www.clubv1.com/Home/MyHome)
  2. Click "Club"Step 3

  7. Enter what your want your field or marker to be labelledStep 8
  8. For this example we will be selecting a marker. You also have the option however to select text, number, date or currency.

Applying a field/marker

  3. Select the person you want to apply the field/marker toStep 13

  7. Find the desired field/marker and enable or enter the required information inStep 17

Using a field/marker

  1. Once you have created and applied a field/marker, it can be utilized in multiple areas within ClubV1. These markers can help you set up filters, or you can generate reports using the "Lists" function.

    We will cover using these fields/markers within the custom lists.
  2. Select "Reports"
  3. Select "Lists"
  4. Select "Add List"
  5. In Step 2, "Choose Fields", you're able to select your fields/markers from the list of "Available" fieldsStep 23
  6. In this example I have used a number field called "Locker No". This purpose of this field is to display the locker number applied to each individual.
