This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to manage your course on the ClubV1 platform. It covers creating a course, adding tee sets, creating course cards, and enabling the course for acceptable handicapping scores. By following this guide, users can easily set up and manage their courses on ClubV1.

One of the initial steps in ClubV1 should be the creation of a Course and Course Cards. These serve as the foundation for your Tee Sheet and are also necessary for setting up competitions.

Creating a Course

Navigate to [https://www.clubv1.com/Home/MyHome](https://www.clubv1.com/Home/MyHome)
Click "Club"
Click "Settings"
Click "Club Details"
Click "Manage Courses"
Click "Add Course"
Enter the name of your course and the number of holes
Click "Continue"
You have the option to choose an image for your course. This image will appear on the ClubSite Course Card block in the event that a specific hole does not have an associated image.
Click "Continue"
You are about to create the Tee Sets for your course. In this example, we will only create a White Tee Set. Please enter the name of the Tee Set, the Course Rating, and the Slope Rating.
Additionally, you have the option to choose a colour for your Tee Set. This choice is significant for ClubSites because the selected colour will be showcased when the Tee Set is displayed using the Course Card block.
Click "Continue"
You must now input the details for each hole of every Tee Set you have created, including the Par, Yards, and Stroke Index for each hole.
Optionally, you may add more details to each hole, such as a Hole Name, a description of the hole, and a "Pro's Tip."
Click "Hole Images"
You can also add up to 3 images of the hole if you wish.
You will have to do this for each hole, you can use the "Next Hole" and "Previous Hole" options to navigate through them.
Ensure that your Stroke Indexes do not conflict within each Tee Set, as conflicting Stroke Indexes will prevent you from completing this page.

Course Cards

Once you have created your Course, select "Course Cards" at the top of the "Manage Courses" page.
Any Tee Sets included during the original creation of your Course will have automatically generated a "Course Card" in this new section.
You can also manually create Course Cards by selecting the "Add Course Card" option located at the top of the page.
This will load a new wizard where you will be asked to select the Course that the Course Card is associated with, the Tee Set, enter a name for your Course Card and select which gender the course card is for.
You can also choose if this is a 9 Hole Course Card which I will select for this example.
On the next page you will select which holes are associated with the Course Card. As I am creating a 9 Hole Course Card I will only select 9.
On the next screen you will be given an overview of the Course Card you have created before selecting "Finish"
Once you select "Finish", you will be taken back to the Course Cards tab where your new Course Card will display

CDH Courses

The next and final step in creating your Courses and Course Cards is enabling them Acceptable for Handicaps.

First start by selecting the "CDH Courses" tab at the top of the page.
This page will display a list of your Course Cards. In order for these to be Acceptable for Handicaps, you must ensure each has a corresponding CDH course set using the dropdown on the right hand side.

The Course/Slope Ratings and Gender will bet set automatically based on the CDH Course you select.
The list of "CDH Courses" comes directly from the CDH itself. If you are having an issue with the desired CDH Course not displaying then please ensure that this has first been set up by your union.
