If your course has been re-rated you may have been provided with new Course and Slope Ratings, these will need updating on WHS Golfing Index (WHS Portal) and ClubV1 to do this you will need to follow the steps below
1. Login to WHS Golfing Index - https://whs.golfingindex.com/ as a Club user, if you do not have a club user account, please ask your federation to contact the CSi WHS Support team to get an account setup for your club.
2. Once logged in Navigate to Course Information on the left hand side
3. Click the Add Tee + option
4. Select which Course you want to Add the Tee Set to and then set the Tee Name, Course Rating, Slope Rating and Select 18 or 9 Holes
5. Proceed to fill in the Par and Stroke Index for the Holes
6. Once complete click Submit
Now login to ClubV1 and follow the steps below
1. In ClubV1 navigate to Club > Settings > Manage Courses > Courses
2. Find the course you would like to edit and click Edit on the right hand side
3. Click Continue on the Courses step and Image step
4. On the Tee Sets, you will need to click Add Another Tee
5. You will then need to provide the Tee Set Name, Course and Slope Rating and you can also select a Colour if you would like to.
6. Click Continue
7. Now you will need to provide the hole by hole information for each hole and the tee set, the Par and Stroke Index are mandatory and must match what you entered when adding the Tee Set in the WHS portal, Yardage is optional, however if you use one of our club sites or plan to in the future I would suggest entering this information.
8. You will then be shown a Preview of the information, check all is correct and click Finish
9. Now select CDH Courses
10. Find the new Course Card and then in the drop down link to the new Tee Set you have just added on WHS Golfing Index
