This guide provides a comprehensive overview of how to effectively use the Budget Tool, enabling club managers to analyse membership data and project potential revenue changes. By utilizing features such as percentage adjustments and price modifications, users can visualize the financial impact of pricing strategies and membership counts. The tool also offers convenient options for exporting data and printing, making it a valuable resource for financial planning and decision-making.

  1. This tool allows you to adjust the prices of your charges and the number of members dynamically and see, in real time, how that will affect your revenue for the upcoming year.
  2. Navigate to [https://www.clubv1.com/Home/MyHome](https://www.clubv1.com/Home/MyHome)
  3. Click "Finance"Step 3
  4. Click "Bills"Step 4
  5. Click "All Bills"Step 5
  6. Click "Budget Tool"Step 6
  7. The Budget Tool will display a table that shows your membership categories, how many members are in each, the total charges for each category and then a breakdown of each charge.
  8. A percentage can be set in the top left-hand corner. Once applied, it will reflect on each charge, illustrating what a percentage increase at the club would resemble.Step 8
  9. As illustrated, a 10% increase has been applied, and the values have risen accordingly to demonstrate the potential earnings for the club should there be an increase.Step 9
  10. The Budget Tool includes a prices tab that displays the individual cost of each chargeable item. These prices can be manually adjusted to project the club's revenue with a change in pricing. Additionally, the percentage feature can be used here.
  11. The "Numbers" tab shows the count of members assigned to each charge item. It can be updated to reflect the club's revenue based on a specific number of members.
  12. At the bottom of the modal, there are four options: 'Close', which will close the modal; 'Reset', which will revert all values to their defaults; 'Export', which will export the data to a CSV file; and 'Print', which will open a new tab for printing the budget tool via the browser.Step 12
