This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to use ClearAccept Payment Links. It explains how to add payment links to casual bookings, group bookings, and functions. By following this guide, users can easily include a "Pay Now" option in confirmation emails and invoices, making it convenient for customers to make payments online.

Payment Links are available to ClearAccept users who are on the ClubV1 Ultimate Product Level

Payment Links in Casual Bookings

Navigate to the Tee Sheet

When you add a casual booking, you will find an option to "Include Payment Link in Emails" within the settings located at the bottom right.
Enabling the "Include Payment Link on Emails" option and selecting "Save Booking" will ensure that the confirmation email sent to the player includes a "Pay Now" option.
Below is what the player will see in their booking confirmation email
You also have the option to email the Payment Link for an existing booking. First, select the booking.
Click "Email Booker"
In the "Email Booker" section, you'll find an option at the bottom to "Add HowDoiPay Payment Link."

Similarly, as before, the player will receive the mailing, and there will be a "Pay Now" button at the bottom.

Payment Links in Group Bookings

When making a group booking, you have the option to select "Include Payment Link on Emails."
Upon saving the booking, a confirmation email will be sent to the contact associated with the booking. If the "Include Payment Link on Emails" option is selected, the confirmation email will include a "Pay Now" button.
Here is what the user will see on their email
You can also send Payment Links out when editing an existing Group Booking
Click "Email Booker"
The option appears in the "Email Booker" section the same way it does for Casual Bookings
The Payment Link option also appears when emailing the "Invoice" for the Group Booking

Payment Links in Functions

Click "Club"
Click "Functions"
Find the function that you wish to send a Payment Link for and select "View Invoice"
Click "Print"
Click "Email"
At the bottom of this section is a "Add HowDoiPay Payment Link" slider
Click "Generate"
After selecting "Generate" with the slider enabled, the invoice email will display a "Pay Now" button, as seen below.
