Virtual Terminal

This guide provides ClearAccept users with a straightforward method for processing ad-hoc payments over the phone, making it essential for clubs and organizations that need to manage payments efficiently.

1. The virtual terminal is a useful tool that allows ClearAccept users to process payments for members and visitors without needing the cardholder to be physically present. It's a secure and convenient way to handle transactions especially for businesses that need to take payments remotely.
2. Navigate to [https://www.clubv1.com/Home/MyHome](https://www.clubv1.com/Home/MyHome)
3. Click "Finance"
4. Click "Virtual Terminal"
5. You can use the "Lookup" field to search for a member by entering a surname. A list of records with that surname will appear for you to choose from.
6. Selecting a player will auto-fill the details with any information stored in the person's record. For those bits of information not stored on a person's record, you can enter manually
7. Once all the payer information has been entered, enter an amount for the payment and a description
8. Once all information has been entered the "Add Payment" button will appear.
9. Selecting "Add Payment" will then take you to the card details page. On this screen you will enter the card details from the payer and select "Pay".
10. If the payment is successful, you will be redirected to the Merchant Payments page where the payment will display.
11. From here, if necessary you are able to refund the payment back to the payer's card by selecting "Refund"
