This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to add tee sheet messages for a club using ClubV1. By following these steps, users can easily create and edit messages to inform members about important information on the Tee Sheet

  1. Tee Sheet Messages provide a convenient method to convey essential information to individuals reserving tee times, offering them important details prior to their booking, thus eliminating the need to contact bookers post-reservation.
  2. Navigate to <https://www.clubv1.com/Home/MyHome>
  3. Click "Club"Step 3
  4. Click "Settings"Step 4
  5. Click "Club Details"Step 5
  6. Click "Hub & Casual Booking"Step 6
  7. Click "Booking"Step 7
  8. Click "Messages"Step 8
  9. Click "Add New Message"Step 9
  10. Enter the message that you wish to display into the "Message" fieldStep 10
  11. If you have multiple courses, select the course that you want this message to display on by using the "Course" dropdown.Step 11
  12. You're able to select which days of the week you want this message to display by enabling and disabling the days of the week sliders.Step 12
  13. You can select a date range for this message to display, whether you just want it to display for one particular day or for the full year for example.
  14. You can also set a specific time where you want this message to display. For example if you set this to 15:00, then when viewing the tee sheet instead of the message showing at the top, it will show at the 15:00 Tee Time.Step 14
  15. You can also decide who this message should be displayed to. Whether it's the back office (this will display in ClubV1), the Members (this will display in HowDidiDo) or Visitors (this will display in the Visitor Booking section of the Member's Hub)Step 15
  16. Once you have created your message, you will see it in the Messages page. If the date of the message has not yet passed then it will show as "Active"
  17. If the dates of the message have passed then they will show in the "Expired" section
