This guide explains how to add a green fee rate on the ClubV1 website. Green Fee Rates

  1. Green Fee Rates is the first step in setting up your Green Fees. They allow you to create, name, set a price for and choose who your Green Fee will apply to.

  2. Navigate to [https://www.clubv1.com/Club/CasualBookingSettings](https://www.clubv1.com/Club/CasualBookingSettings)
  3. Click "Add New Rate"
  4. Enter a name for your rateStep 4
  5. Select the player type that your rate will apply to, the three Player Types are Member, Guest and VisitorStep 5
  6. With Member or Guest selected, you will select a category that the rate will apply toStep 6
  7. With the Member or Guest Player Types selected, you will enter a "One Ball Rate" which will be the price of each Member or Guest
  8. With the Visitor Player Type selected, you will be unable to select a category however you will enter a One Ball, Two Ball, Three Ball and Four Ball Rate
  9. Select "Save Changes" to save your Green Fee RatesStep 9

Alternative Rates

  1. Alternative Green Fee Rates allow you to have multiple rates apply at the same time for the same player type/category. For example if you have a visitor rate and a junior visitor rate, you can create two visitor rates, one being alternative and then when adding a booking you will be presented with an option to select which rate should be applied.
  2. When adding your Green Fee Rate, enable the slider in the "Alternative Rate" column.
  3. When adding a visitor booking the standard rate will be selected by default however the dropdown can then be used to select the Alternative Rate.Step 12
