Enable EPOS Competition Charging

This guide provides a straightforward process for enabling EPOS Competition Charging in ClubV1, ensuring that users can efficiently manage their club's financial transactions. By following the clear steps outlined, users can easily navigate the platform and enhance their operational capabilities. This guide is essential for club administrators looking to streamline their billing processes and improve overall efficiency.

1. Click "Club"
2. Click "Settings"
3. Click "Club Details"
4. Click "EPOS Settings"
5. You can enable EPOS Competition Charging by selecting the "Yes" option.
   
   Once "Yes" is selected, if you have multiple EPOS Purses you will then have another option allowing you to select which purse is used for charging.
6. Enabling EPOS Charging will allow you to charge competition fees to a Member's EPOS Card. Without this enabled, members will have something called a 'Competition' Purse. This can be topped up and used to hold funds exactly like an EPOS purse however it's not linked in anyway to an EPOS System. So regardless of whether this setting is set to Yes or No, you will still be able to charge members for competitions.
