General Play Rounds

This guide provides a step-by-step approach to entering General Play Rounds, making it essential for golfers looking to accurately record their scores. It simplifies the process by detailing how to navigate both the General Play section and individual player records, ensuring users can easily manage their scoring.

Entering a General Play Round from the General Play section

1. Click "Golf"
2. Click "General Play Rounds"
3. Click "Sign In"
4. Enter a Surname and then select your player from the list of suggested players below.
5. Click "Next"
6. You can now select whether the General Play Round is to be Acceptable or Non-Acceptable for Handicaps. From this you can then select the Course Card that will be used.
7. Click "Sign In/Pre-register"
8. The General Play Rounds list will now show the General Play Sign In that you have just added. Once the player has returned from their round, select the "Enter Score" option.
9. The General Play Round screen will now display Player Name, Handicap Information, Course Card name, round status and Date. The date field can be interacted with here in case backdating the score is necessary.
10. You can then enter the score for each hole by entering a value into the "Gross" boxes.
11. Click "Save"
12. The General Play Rounds List will then update and include the general play scpre you've added.
