When printing the Payment Audit Report if you get the following error, An error has occurred while processing Table 'PaymentAuditTable': Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index
It will be caused by 2 Charge Items with the same name, the workaround is to rename one of the the Charge Items.
A task is planned to not allow clubs to use the same Charge Item name in the future
